Well, not quite lost. Just heading in the opposite direction to the hotel. Our Mother trained Patricia in her navigational skills. Anyway, I’d never have enjoyed this view if we’d gone the intended route. And the hotel isn’t going anywhere, anyway…

.. and to the open meeting for first timers. Patricia was at the head of a roundtable, as a Past President of NSA, and we introduced ourselves stating our “learning goals”. Mine was to convey the gist & centre of gravity of complex issues in simple language of 1,2 & 3 syllables. We wrote down, although did not declare, “unanswered questions”. Mine: how to earn money from work that is unpaid. That covers most of what I do.
